To use the machine, first connect it to a power supply. Then, set the proper time and temperature. Wait for the machine to heat up to the selected temperature. Place the T-shirt and transfer material on the mat, then lower the heating plate. Press the "start" (+) button to begin the countdown. When finished, the alarm will sound - press the "-" button to stop.

To switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius temperature units, press the "+" and "-" buttons simultaneously.

The "white cloth" is a Teflon sheet used to protect the T-shirt and heating plate. Place the T-shirt on the bottom, then the transfer paper, and finally the Teflon sheet, to achieve the best results.

After the machine reaches the set temperature, placing a room-temperature T-shirt may cause a small, temporary decrease in temperature. This is normal and will not affect the heat transfer process. The machine will automatically reheat to the target temperature within about a minute.

A printer is not essential for using this heat press. You can use pre-printed heat transfer materials purchased from the local market. However, if you want to print your own designs, an Epson color inkjet printer with the appropriate heat transfer paper and inks is recommended.
