SUBLIMATION PRINTING PROCESS: To print your custom designs on the water bottles, follow these 4 simple steps:

STEP 1: PRINT OUT THE DESIGNS Select your desired designs and print them using sublimation ink on sublimation paper.

STEP 2: WRAP THE WATER BOTTLE Wrap the printed sublimation paper around the water bottle, securing it with thermal tape. Then, add a shrink wrap film to tighten the wrap.

STEP 3: SUBLIMATION PRINT Set the sublimation oven to 356°F (180°C) and heat the bottle for 6 minutes. Alternatively, use a tumbler heat press set to 356°F (180°C) for 50 seconds. We recommend using our 40 oz heater and 2-in-1 tumbler press for the best sublimation printing results.
